Kris Verlaenen leads the jBPM Project effort and is also one of the core developers of the Drools project, to which he started contributing in 2006. After finishing his PhD in Computer Science in 2008, he joined JBoss full-time and became the Drools Flow lead. He has a keen interest in the healthcare domain, one of the areas that have already shown to have a great need for a unified process, rule and event processing framework.

ReplyDeleteCan someone help me get started with jBPM 6. I follow all the steps to install jBPM on windows using default H2 and demo. However I can't start the jBPM Console nor the Admin Console !!!!! I read somewhere that I need to create a user to be able to admin, so I did using add-user.bat . This didn't help and nothing to do all I have access to is the stupid wildfly 8 welcome screen !

I had a lot of trouble with that and it was because of my antivirus. Make sure to disable your firewall while installing (all of them, including Windows Defender) and check that the latest version of the antivirus is installed.
